Yes. The CRM, calendars, forms, workflows, websites and reviews all work in the UK. Phone numbers and texting are set up for UK rules, which differ from the US.
Do I need A2P 10DLC registration to send texts in the UK?
No — A2P 10DLC is a US requirement. UK texting has its own carrier rules, and one-way messages can often use a branded sender name. If you also text US numbers, US registration applies to that traffic.
Will my forms and campaigns follow UK GDPR and PECR?
I build consent wording, opt-outs and data handling into forms and campaigns so they follow UK GDPR and PECR. This is general guidance, not legal advice — check anything unusual with your own adviser.
