Third-Party Integrations

Your tools should pass data to each other without a human in the middle. I wire the stack together and make the connections observable.

The problem

What this fixes.

  • Someone exports a CSV every week to keep two tools in sync.
  • Payments happen in Stripe and nobody updates the CRM.
  • A Zap broke three weeks ago and nobody noticed.
  • Each tool holds a different version of the truth.

What you get

Exactly what's delivered.

  • Integration audit: what should talk to what, and which direction
  • Zapier, Make or Pabbly scenarios built and documented
  • Native GoHighLevel integrations configured properly
  • Stripe, PayPal and invoicing sync with pipeline stages
  • Custom webhook and API connections where no native option exists
  • Failure alerting so a broken connection is noticed the same day
  • Integration map documenting every data flow

Questions

Before you get in touch.

  • What if my tool has no native integration?

Then it gets a webhook or API connection through Make or Pabbly. If a tool genuinely cannot be connected, I will tell you that rather than build something fragile.

  • Who pays for Zapier or Make?

You own the accounts and the subscriptions, so nothing is locked behind me. I will recommend the cheapest tier that covers your volume.

  • What if two tools disagree about a contact?

We decide which system is the source of truth for each field before anything is wired up. That single decision prevents most of the sync problems people live with for years.

  • Can you connect a tool with no public API?

Sometimes, through a middleware connector or an email or webhook trigger. If a genuinely reliable connection is not possible I will tell you that rather than build something that breaks quietly.

  • How do I know if an integration stops working?

Failure alerting is part of every build. A broken scenario notifies you the same day, which is the difference between losing an afternoon of leads and losing a month of them.

  • Do the integrations cost extra to run?

Zapier, Make or Pabbly subscriptions are yours and are billed separately. I recommend the cheapest tier that covers your real volume and design the scenarios to keep task usage low.
