Who this policy covers

This website is operated by Iqbal Raffi ("I", "me"), trading as Automate with Iqbal. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site, submit the contact form, book a call, or exchange email and SMS messages with me.

What I collect

• Information you give me. Your name, email address, phone number where you provide it, and the content of any message you send through the contact form, email or a booking.
• Booking information. When you book a strategy call, the scheduling provider collects the details needed to create the appointment.
• Technical information. Standard server and hosting logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to schedule and run a strategy call.
• To prepare a proposal and to deliver work you have engaged me for.
• To send project updates and, where you have asked for them, occasional follow-ups.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

SMS and email communications

I only send SMS messages to people who have given consent to receive them. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

A small number of providers process data on my behalf so this business can operate — for example website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, calendar scheduling and payment processing. They are only permitted to use your information to provide those services to me.

Client account access

Delivering work often means I am granted access to systems you own, such as your GoHighLevel account, DNS records or advertising platforms. That access is used solely for the agreed scope of work, is not shared with anyone else, and can be revoked by you at any time. On request I will confirm in writing when my access has been removed.

How long I keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so I can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask me to delete your information sooner and I will, unless I am legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any storage used is limited to what is needed for the page to function.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new revision date.
