Service

Reputation Management

Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked at the right moment. I automate the ask and route unhappy feedback to you first.

  • You have three reviews and a competitor has ninety.

  • Nobody follows up on Google Business Profile questions.
  • Review requests get sent weeks after the service, when goodwill has faded.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

  • Is filtering out negative reviews allowed?

Suppressing reviews is not, and I do not build that. What I do build is an internal feedback step that gives unhappy customers a direct line to you first — they can still leave a public review whenever they want.

  • When is the request sent?

At the point of highest satisfaction for your business — job completion, successful appointment or delivery — not on a fixed weekly blast.

  • How many extra reviews should I expect?

It tracks your volume of happy customers, not a fixed number. Businesses that serve fifty clients a month and never asked before typically see a steady flow start within the first fortnight.

  • Can you remove a bad review?

No, and nobody legitimately can. What I can do is set up the feedback step that catches problems privately first, and get enough genuine positive reviews that one bad one stops defining the page.

  • Which platforms does this cover?

Google Business Profile and Facebook by default, since that is where most buyers look. Industry platforms can be added where GoHighLevel supports them.

  • Who responds to the reviews?

You or your team - with templates and notifications set up so it takes a minute rather than being forgotten. Automated responses read as automated, which defeats the purpose.
